Returns & Exchanges

At WFC, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WFC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
